ngl both are delicious

but while i can understand why someone would boycott foie gras, why calf brain? there's no cruelty involved afaik. you just raise the calf normally, then kill it painlessly and extract the brain along with the rest of the meat.

but that isn't related to the animal's well-being, is it? or do you mean mad cow disease, like what happened in the uk a few years ago?
