Mmm, yeah, I take it you have never been lectured on manners by a complete stranger in public because they feel they have the right and sanctimonious duty to correct the child on her behavior. I'm a grown woman and I do not deserve to be given manipulation tactics by people who reason away their own asshole-ishness by blaming it on the unthinking child. Even if it's as little as someone hurrying through the line. If I see someone in a rush and I'm not, I will let them through on my own sense of kindness. Having it demanded of me because I owe some kind of respect because I have a young face? Fuck no.
