I'm 34. I get the impression that I look younger than I am about the face, but I have very noticeable salt-and-pepper in my hair now (more, I think, than most people my age) and I don't dye it, so mostly I just seem to confuse people. If I wear a hat, people think I'm younger than I am and do things like reference something from the 80s and then apologize for talking about something I must not be familiar with, but if people can see my hair... well, I hardly ever get carded and I sometimes get the feeling people think I'm older than I am but have a ridiculously well-preserved face rather than just a slightly well-preserved one and prematurely graying hair.
