I do get this. I find the way foie gras is made to be quite upsetting and cruel. As for the calf brains, while I would totally try them once, I do have major reservations with eating very young animals. I just feel bad eating a baby anything. Once it's grown and not cute, however, then I want to chow down. But I'm looking forward to the day where tasty meat can be grown in a lab so we can just use farm animals for the best purpose possible: cuddling. (Pigs are cute.)

Also, I'd totally watch this show regardless of the ingredients. Cooking is neat.
