Personally, as a large boobed person, I seethe with jealousy when I see all these glamorous outfits on pinterest that only those of us blessed with small boobs can wear.

Really, it's just the dress/boob combo doesn't work. I'm sure you, her, and other small-chested ladies look fine, just in different dresses than the one pictured.

Okay, but do you think she looks ridiculous because you think that her body is ugly? Or because that dress doesn't flatter her? Because if it's the first thing, yeah, you've got issues, but if it's the second thing, cut yourself some slack. Sometimes clothing just doesn't look good on a specific person, it's not an attack on the person themself.

Unless it's for underwear, most runway models aren't sought for their body volume. The idea is literally for them to be complementary, moving coat hangers for the clothes.
