i'm having a hard time understanding how a sims game could be not bland

i mean, it's the SIMS for god's sake -- let alone the fact that most more traditional sim games are even blander

Blandness is the preconception that keeps me from playing any of the games. I have TS2 installed and ready to launch whenever I want, but then the "oh man i don't wanna play a boring game i bet it's going be boring" sets in.

But Sim Tower was the BOMB. Don't you spread the bland brush around like that we gonna fight about this >:U

Your first paragraph is so absurd but I do the same thing. "I'm curious about this thing, I have it all set up to play/watch, but I bet it's boring so Imma play on the internet instead." I do it constantly.

Sometimes I'm proven wrong, but I dicked around too much just to start the thing that by the time I'm into it the fandom has migrated off to the next shiny boring thing, and I'm all alone.
