Oh I'm glad you're feeling better, having your inhaler not work is damn scary.

I temporarily moved back in with my mum while my house gets essential maintenance and to cut a long story short I've recently had OCD added to my list of mental health issues and even though I know she's just trying to look out for me I'm feeling smothered by her and distressed about the downward spiral I've been on since I moved in and I don't know what to do. I just want to go home (and to stop feeling guilty about not thinking of here as 'home' any more)

Thanks. And yes. I usually have a nebulizer, but I was out of the meds for it. I've got some now, though, so I shouldn't have that problem again.

I know what that's like. For a while my depression got bad and I failed a semester of college and had to move home to my parents (I've always mentally had two homes since I moved out). And my parents basically treated me like a kid again. I couldn't wait to move out, and thankfully I pulled myself together and then went back to school. I'm sure that when you can you'll be able to go home again.
