Re: How is it going?
On the negative side....last night my grandmother died and I'm still kinda emotionally numb about that. I feel kinda bad about that like "aren't I supposed to be crying? I just feel kinda numb about it" . Last night I felt worse, not crying but this feeling like I can't ever be cheerful about things. Like I should be crying.
On the bright side I got an interview tomorrow. Here's hoping it goes well. Also I got ten bucks for babysitting my sis for a long time. Which is kinda nice.

There is no "supposed to" with grief. I get that way too. I'm not one for strong emotions anyway, so numbness is much more likely to be the way I react. That is how I was when my grandmother died. It took me a while for the loss to really hit me. And I never cried because I don't cry ever.
So, basically, you are completely normal and your grief is your own and there is no one way to react.
I hope your interview goes well and you can find the right job.

I'm normally quite emotional other times but when it came to the few deaths I've experienced I was sorta quiet about it and only cried because other people cried. Which is why I tried to avoid being around people if I could around last night.
