Still think Honey Lemon might be Latina, because her voice actress is a Telenovela star.

Anyway if I recall the reason Honey Lemon has blonde hair/blue eyes in the comic despite being Japanese isn't because they're mimicking anime art style, but because she dyes her hair and wears contacts to make herself look whiter. So yeah, pretty racist.

Ew, is that really the reason she does it in the comic? It couldn't have been just for the regular fashion of it like oh, lots of real Japanese people do? Yeah, not only racist, but a really weird excuse to give if you wanted your Japanese character to have blonde hair and also wanted to be more realistic than "anime does it!"
