Exactly - I actually know two trans women who are shorter than me, one of them with even a considerable smaller shoe size. Not saying my issues are bigger than theirs (I really don't think so), but it's a thing, you know.

Most of my friends have like 30 pairs of shoes to choose from - I have 6, maybe, if I'm lucky, and two of those pairs will look like they're for a stripper and another 2 like they're for my grandma.

I am both tall and wide so good luck in getting stuff that fits me at my hips AND is long enough.

I've learned how to dress well, over the years, but it's challenge and finding skirts is very hard.

But fact is I sometimes feel like a golem in a clothing store. I've sort of gotten over it, but I still get self-conscious if shopping with a friend with more average sizing.

You can be a cis girl and still have these issues, it's actually quite common for bigger women.
