I don't watch the show but just going by this picture, I don't see the problem? The hair looks fine. I mean, how else is a realistic version of Elsa's hair supposed to look? The lady is quite pretty. I admit the dress does look a bit Halloweeny, but it seems to look like the original design. Oh well?

One of the problem with OUaT Elsa's hair is that it has no volume whatsoever. Maybe it started out okay in the makeup room but then they didn't put any spray or gel in it and then it just slowly collapsed like a flan in a cupboard.
