You know there are people that actually debate whether or not it is racist for

A) A victim to describe the race of the perpetrator
B) Racist for police to use race as an identifier when looking for a criminal (example: Be on the lookout for a white or hispanic male in mid 20s wearing a blue hoodie and jeans).
