LOL! Tbh, I'm not sure I've personally ever seen Hutchus Batteredwifeus in fanfic, except that one very specific sub-species of jilted!Hutch that pops up in the very worst type of Nice-Guy-ish super-entitled gayangst-y slash fic, which I never have the patience to read.

Starskus Batteredwifeus on the other hand, often sneaks up on you in the middle of a fic and pops up in a huge variety of different genres. Maybe because so many fans seem to have some id-driven compulsion to write trashy immature catharsis for, uh, shall we say "certain aspects" of season 4. On the other hand, I can't recall any Starskus Angelicus off the top of my head either, not even from the pen of the most biased writers. I guess that's just too big a leap ;)
