Not all of those women are perfect Yamato Nadeshikos. They have a series of similar traits that hearken back to that type.

I don't know all of them, and while they may be "traditionally feminine healer girl love interests" - that doesn't mean they aren't other things besides that. They aren't solely defined by the traits you list. =/ Most of them have complexities and depth far beyond that.
