It is just as amazing as it sounds. Tates are tender, veggies are texturally interesting, the chipotle plays well with the pepperoni..

It's is sweet, smoky, spicy, and a little tart from the dill and vinegar in the hot sauce... goddamn. This is some fine-ass potato salad.
