My job is accounts receivable and part of it is that we only hear the bad things. We're the ones that clean up the messes. Trying to find lost shipments because the carrier keeps screwing up. Oh yeah sure we'll honor the price even though sales never really should have given that. Pay your bills. No I don't want to. Pay your bills or you're not getting your order! Do I have to pay my bills?

We don't often hear the good stuff but we're reminded a lot that we are doing good. We help the customers out and every now and then, they let us know that "hey thank you, you mean a lot and we're glad we do business with you".

It's easy to get bogged down in the bad stuff. Just keep remembering the good stuff, that you are there to help someone. There's a reason why you want to be what you are studying for. Just keep swimming!
