Take a break. Cut yourself completely off of reading or writing smut for a week, or two, or three. Meanwhile, expose yourself to lots of things that are only subtly, teasingly sexy. See

This. Take a break and read/write something else. If you do only one thing for a long period of time, of course it's going to get stale after a while.
