I'll say this as someone who say the trailer but that was about it. I enjoyed it the movie a lot! For me, it was a lot like Star Wars but much funnier, much snappier. Rocket had some great parts. I enjoyed myself despite knowing nothing about the canon but being curious after seeing the trailer. The biggest issues I had were the antagonists being plot devices and the last act being a lot like Avengers. Despite that, I've seen the movie twice because I thought it was that entertaining :)
