Re: I had my tooth pulled yesterday, what should I eat?

(Anonymous) 2014-08-13 02:16 am (UTC)(link)
When I got 9 of my baby teeth pulled out when I was in grade school, I had to eat:

Yogurt, applesauce, pudding, ice cream (solid flavor, no fancy toppings in/on it; sauce is ok), jelly, bananas, macaroni and cheese, smoothies (no chunks of fruit/seeds), and my very favorite, mashed potatoes (KFC kind is the best).

I'll advise you not to eat rice. If one of them gets stuck in the gap/hole where your tooth was, it's difficult to get out and will hurt. Basically, try to avoid anything that has tiny pieces of solid food just big enough to get stuck.
