Honestly? I agree. If you've never, ever liked a single same-sex pairing of any sort, slash or femmeslash, even if the pairing is canon, then I'm going to judge you for it.

And I'm not talking about what you want to read smut for, I'm just talking about regular old shipping. I've never heard a good explanation for it that didn't involve some level of homophobia.

Nope. I've never shipped two male characters and I'm not homophobic.

For me, shipping = writing fic, writing fic = writing what floats my boat, and what floats my boat is men who find women sexy. That is not a comment on real life m/m or f/f relationships.
