I've just never been in fandoms that were specifically dominated by older males (not even games ones). I had a few that were male-dominated, but most these were 20-and 30-somethings.

Sports would make sense, but even there you'd still have younger guys, too.

Some older games, maybe? I'm in a few video game fandoms from the early 90s that mostly consist of people who were in college at the time the games came out and have been in the fandom ever since.

Early '90's games would often still have plenty of 30-somethings.

Oooh, now I'm actually thinking it might be old arcade games fans #speculation.
