agreeing with ayrt. vulvae and anuses harbor germs, but buttcheeks themselves, which are the parts that touch the seats, are pretty clean.

IIRC, they've done studies on the amount of germs on toilet seats and found the toilet seats themselves to be relatively clean.

Your kitchen countertop supposedly harbors more germs.

About kitchen - especialy wipes and sponges because they're wet.
