Skills aren't something you're born with, they're something you acquire. As for not having valuable qualities... that sounds like depression talking. Lots of people prize lots of different qualities. Me, I like people who are sensible, reliable and who are good listeners. Other people value people who are loyal, sympathetic and tell great fart jokes. The list of possibilities is endless, and the good knows is, qualities that people value can also be acquired or learned, just like skill.

I understand wanting to give up. Sometimes it feels like the best solution, even when rationally you know it's your brain chemistry telling insidious lies. If you don't mind a suggestion, try to do something nice for someone who would appreciate it. It doesn't have to be a big gesture, just something thoughtful for someone who needs it.
