Have you read the Roommates comics? They're a comic series where the antagonist's of certain movies live in an apartment and have adventures. Norrington is one of them. :)

The layout of the webstie, or the layout of the comic? Because if it's the website, the author did upload the stories as PDF's, and maybe downloading the PDF's might be easier to read?
