I think he made a bad move on his part. I can understand that as an artist it's probably hurtful to see your work dissected in that way, but this is not the way you respond to criticism. Especially considering he's most likely in the wrong legally, since everything Escher Girls does falls under fair use.

He just came off as extremely whiny and almost proves that the people running Escher Girls are in the right to put how men design women under a microscope. I don't even always agree with their blog but I am not here for men trying to shut down women talking about important issues because someone hurt their feelings.
