Today was the first day of classes and I'm so frustrated. First, I had to register for a required class that I didn't even know about until two days ago. This class offers no credits but meets once a week for the semester (sometimes it skips a week but...). This is a bullshit class that I'm so bitter about being forced to take. Plus there's an online subscription to something that I have to pay for. DON'T WANNA.

Also, Painting 1 is much more expensive than I thought it would be. So much so that I think I'm going to drop it, because I basically recreated my car over the summer and I simply don't have the money for the supplies. I spent just over $400 on the car at the beginning of this month and I'm basically going to be taking care of the rest of the household stuff (groceries, whatever bills are left over) for the rest of this month. I just. I don't have the money. And I'm so mad that we have to go buy these supplies instead of them being offered at the school and available for financial aid to pay for. But. It is what it is. No studio classes for me this semester. My advisor and the class professor are going to be disappointed and will maybe try to argue but, whatever, I can't do it.

BUT my Statistics professor is amazing and Psychology looks like it's going to be fascinating so. Find the silver lining and all that. :(
