Ok, you gotta stop harking on one of the witnesses' testimony when there are more corroborating the story, and it's a tenuous connection, at most, to the main complaint. At the same time, you do not question the cop's account, even though that's highly disputed too, and you should probably start considering that he started shooting (shots which hit) Brown AFTER Brown was running in the opposite direction.

Use of force is excused when the cop is in immediate danger-- once someone's running away from your gun, you have no excuse to kill.

AT BEST, what happened near the police car is murky, and yet unconfirmed. The point stands: excessive, uncalled for force was used in an incident unrelated to the robbery.

NAYRT. If he was shot inside the car, ballistics and forensics will confirm it. If he was shot outside the car, same deal.

I don't believe those reports have been released yet, may not be finalized. But the hard evidence will come out.
