Yes, yes, yes. I don't enjoy watching characters bicker. Turning the characters against each other is lazy writing; it means the writers couldn't come up with an actual storyline for that episode.

I want to see characters confronting problems/issues/challenges that are external to themselves, not fighting amongst themselves. I like things that are plot-driven. I like to see teamwork.

Characters arguing is not a story. Period. That is the laziest type of plotting you can get. It's a sign that the show in question has run out of creative steam.
