A lot of people seem to like the villains this season, but I honestly thought Amon was better (at least for the writing in the show.) These guys are just absurdly powered up anarchists, and they don't even seem to have a following to speak of in-universe.

Mte. They don't seem very connected with the show like Amon was. They're just there to raise hell and be bad guys, unlike Amon who was at least backed up in his calling and not a four person gang.

While I like them, I wish the writing was more connected. I don't remember there being an explanation for how Ghazan or P'li can do what they do.
