I haven't seen the movie, but the angry British white guy is most likely Peter Serafinowicz, who voiced Darth Maul and was Shaun's flatmate in Shaun of the Dead. :)

Veering even more off-topic, I loved it in that Black Books ep how much Serafinowicz is trying to keep himself together at the, ah, climactic moment of his character's phone call with Fran.

THAT IS WHERE I KNEW HIM FROM! Shaun of the Dead. And Darth Maul talked? I don't remember that (I do remember having a very odd crush on him).
