Well, you can go wild and eat tons of raw spinach in salads, maybe with some added protein to help fill you up. Think chicken breast, eggs, legumes, stuff like that. But your best bet for eating healthy in general is to learn how to cook. If you find a vegetable dish you like, google some recipes and see if you can make it yourself.

You might also look into green smoothies. They're a bit diet fad-ish, but for people who dislike vegetables, it can be a good way to get in your daily serving while disguising the taste/texture.
