You can get Thai curries and Mexican moles in a paste to which you just add liquid. Generally, you throw in the paste with a touch of oil to heat and start breaking down, then the veggies to soften and/or color, then the liquid (coconut milk, water, tomato sauce, whatever). Simmer for 10-20 and chow down. You can make a mean veggie chilli with tons of spice, too. I also make a stew with tons of veggies in beef broth, so you get more of that flavor.

Veggie sandwiches withor without cheese and condiments? Raw veggie burritos?
