Okay, as someone who has seen that episode of Michionne recently, there is no way she killed that girl out of malice

Except the actress flat out said she did it because she knew it would hurt the Governor. So you're wrong.

TV Show =\= Comics. Look at all the changes between the show and the comics thus far!

It's quite possible she did, and I assumed this has always been the case that she did, but the actress can have an opinion on something and be wrong. It's the writers/directors/producers who decide what the character is feeling ultimately, not the actress.
