Well, it IS pretty dickish and unethical to offer sexual favors in return for job favors. It's called bribery. It's also just plain insincere and pathetic -- getting people to give you accolades that you don't deserve.

But yeah, IMO people who take a bribe are even worse. After all, their job wouldn't have been affected by whether they gave a bad or good review, while hers would be. They compromised themselves for a mere favor.
