Nothing I said indicated, or should be read as indicating, that the reaction is in any way justified. In fact, I would think talking about how the Internet is dumb is kind of an indication that I think the reaction is unjustified and stupid. I don't think that Quinn did nothing wrong but the reaction is wildly disproportionate to anything that anyone did and has everything to do with the Internet being the Internet and video game culture being video game culture and both being full of fucking awful misogynists.

Your post had the general feeling of excusing negative reactions to her on the grounds of "she cheated"
In the light of what those negative reactions actually are in this case, you can see why I disapprove of your sentiment.
