reminds me of the recent fan entitlement bullshit to overcome the dragon age fandom. apparently some folks were so miffed that varric wont be a love interest that they were sending some of the writers some really nasty, hateful messages.

like sorry but the writers dont really owe any of us anything, and the fandom shouldnt be seen as some collective suggestion box - or worse, writers for the game themselves. if everything turned out the exact way you expect, then whats even the point?

That was the one I was thinking of when I saw this secret. I first heard the news because I happened to check Gaider's twitter and HE wanted to know if something had been announced because he got so many bad messages.
