I disagree. "Midnight" and "Waters of Mars" are better than anything Moffat has written.

And personally I don't like either episode, especially Midnight. Midnight's the only season four episode I refuse to rewatch.

+1. Midnight is trying so hard to be mysterious and ambiguous, but it just comes across as "I couldn't think of anything to write and then saw that Twilight Zone episode where the aliens conquer Earth by making people paranoid and then sitting back and watching them turn on each other."
