I don't think I'd prefer Scott/Stiles, but I hate some of the canon pairings so much, so who really knows. (Mainly Stiles/Malia, but I wasn't too hot on Isaac/Allison either. Or Jackson/Lydia. Or Stiles/Lydia, if they're truly aiming for that.)

Haha, I guess I'm just weird because there aren't many canon relationships I actually enjoy on Teen Wolf. I liked Scott/Allison and Scott/Kira is cute, but...unless Melissa/Sheriff Stilinski happens that's pretty much it.

And I hate Stiles/Malia and Stiles/Lydia, and really Stiles with just about anyone (but, funnily enough, Derek; sorry!) because even though he's a great character, his relationships tend to skeeve me out. IDK, I get that Stiles/Derek has it's own set of issues too, but maybe because it's never going to happen I can overlook those more easily.

Yeah, I like Stiles/Derek too, but I think a large part of that is because canon will never touch it, and the fandom handles it pretty well for the most part. I'm ambivalent about Scott in general, but I didn't mind Scott/Allison as a couple. Just...the way it was handled.

I would love Melissa/the Sheriff. :D

There's lots of shitty fic in TW fandom, but TW fandom has its share of brilliant stuff too. I was surprised how good some of the Sterek fic was when I joined the fandom; the writing made me even more interested in the pairing. Haven't read anything lately, but I'm growing away from TW. Has anything happened between Melissa and the Sheriff this season? I'm behind but they would be the one thing that made me catch up.
