Every scene with them was a thing of beauty. I think I'm going to have to rewatch that season now, gdi.
I think they rank first, and Nine and Rose second, for me.

Same here! Ten/Donna were definitely the best and Nine/Rose come right after for me too. I don't know but I think Twelve/Clara might come crawl up my list too; I have no idea if it's because they have nice chemistry on-camera or because Peter and Jenna are totally adorable together off-camera.

I would've wanted to rewatch season 4 too, but I was never able to sit through it all because the whole story about how Donna had such low self-esteem, and the Doctor helping her out and telling her she's basically awesome but then whipping out her memory at the end is just too much for my heart to take twice. :(
