Weird, because as a Brit that's one of the few contexts where we'd say "the (or 'a') hospital", not just "hospital". So unless there's something else in that sentence I'm missing, we now have Americans failing to be British, Brits failing to be American, and now Americans failing to be Brits failing to be American...

I hate when Americans spell 'disorientated' with a 'z'.

We add a lot of z's to things, but "disorientated" isn't one of those things.
