I've been watching the eps all out of order but I've seen plenty with both Elle and Emily. They come across as completely different to me. They're both brunette, but that's as far as the similarity goes to me.

Are you thinking Allison was the same as them characterization-wise?

I hadn't really given Allison much thought in that regard. I was referring more to the common criticism that essentially Erica became Cora became Malia until Stiles was finally dating a were-creature on TW.

Huh. I hadn't heard about that. Wouldn't put it past JD. He barely developed either Erica and Cora and I suspect that's why both actresses chose to pursue other things. Malia is being developed more even though I'm not happy with all of it. Unlike most people, though, I like her relationship with Stiles (despite it's beginning).

I've been told by my VERY INTO IT TW-fan friend that basically, Erica was for Stiles until that didn't work, and then Cora was, but again - didn't work, so now Malia. Pretty sucky for the actresses *and* for the show in general.
