He & Sheldon are my favorites. Which is sad because they're the two I would hate the most in real life.

No, I would actually hate Leonard the most, then Howard, then Penny, then Sheldon, then Raj. As fictional characters I can laugh at their annoying personality quirks; as real people, I couldn't stand to be in the same room as them.
