Okay, I don't think you can expect nail polish to last for TWO WEEKS. Doesn't it start to chip before that, anyway? Or your nails grow enough that there's a noticeable gap between the nail polish and your cuticle?

I honestly have no idea which brands are long-wearing, since I like to change the color often enough that I usually remove it after a few days.

One of my favorites is Zoya, because I love the colors: http://www.zoya.com/

I also like Essie and China Glaze, as someone above mentioned. Revlon is good for dupes of super-expensive brands like Deborah Lippmann.

OP: It doesn't really chip much, I don't do enough with my hands that it's an issue. My nails do grow out, but I never really thought of it as that much of a problem. (Mine grow slowly.) And I didn't realize expecting two weeks was unreasonable; I've just gotten my first few bottles recently, and I don't know anyone who uses it, so I didn't really have much to go off.

There are things like Shellac that are meant to last for a very long time. But regular nail polish will start to chip or peel after a while.
