I really like Zoya (TONS of color options online and pretty long-lasting for me, plus they run nice promos reasonably often); IIRC, I can get at least two weeks with only minor tip wear. Usually that's when the nail growth is significant enough that I want to take the polish off anyway.

I'm suuuuper lazy, so I try to only need one coat (obviously only works if the polish is opaque enough), no top or base coat. Wrapping the top edge with polish helps with longevity, and *definitely* wipe down your nails with remover before you first apply polish (to remove oils and stuff that'll prevent the polish from adhering to the nail). In my experience, a single coat lasts longer without chipping than a base/color/top coat combo (or just two/three coats of color), but that's just me.
