Still trying to work that one out. Radical Islam and gay/women's/non Muslim/dogs/most everything else are not compatible things, yet it's the radical islamisists that get the pass, every time.

What above anon said about racism, and also because there's been backlash from Muslim feminists about ignorant non-Muslim feminists trying to "save" them without actually asking said adult women their opinion on how to do so. Like trying to ban hijab, because what people who are made to dress a certain way need is yet more people making them to dress a certain way, instead of, you know, a choice.

to be honest, the tumblr i've seen have been remarkably alright about joan rivers. the worst that's been said is they don't feel bad about her death because she's said such offensive things. there's even some posts going around saying to leave her family out of the drama and let them grieve.

There is an alarming amount of hate over there though, which is bizarre given that it's touted as being an accepting, all-inclusive site.
