I don't think this is a sincere question, and I'm not sure how to interpret those qualities, because when you get into questions of comedy it gets complicated.

For instance, Stewart Lee makes a number of comments about race that are clearly and obviously intended to satirize racists in the context of a routine that is explicitly about political correctness being a good thing. Does that count as being racist for your purposes?

No, I'm being completely sincere. Every time I visit my dad he put so some racist, homophobic comedy show and I'm like "Really? This is supposed funny?"

And, no, I wouldn't count satire as being racist if it is meant to satirize racist ideology.
