I know this is probably late... but maybe try Aziz Ansari?

Also a couple of Aussie Muslim guys did a standup show recently and are touring around, and they poke fun at racists. They're pretty damn hilarious. Can't remember their names though (maybe Aziz Ansari is one of them?) But if you google "Australian Muslim comedians" they should pop up in search. :)

(And I know what you mean, OP. I honestly believe comedy can be funny without kicking people who are already down.)
