This.

Massive difference between, "I hate X character because she gets in the way of my ship/I'm not like the other girls/she is a sour buzzkill on the male character's fun" and "I would like my female characters to be more than generic action girl who is established as tough and powerful and then gets sidelined to be the romantic interest."

I don't agree that all of these characters have the same personality, but with the Agent Carter show not having aired yet, they do all fulfill similar narrative tropes and functions, and it's not at all anti-feminist to want more than that.
