Inspired by the first one

Crossover time! What have you crossed over, either in a fic or in your head? Or what would you like to see crossed over? This can be as silly or serious as you want.

I'd kill for a proper Rivers of London/Harry Potter crossover. Without the oblig slash or romance of course.

Other than that, can I have a Captain America-'Allo 'Allo crossover please?

Mad Men and Castle:

- Castle's mother (I forget her name) had a thing with Don and/or Roger back in the day.

- Don ends up getting death threats and Sally calls the NYPD; of course Beckett and Castle investigate, and Mad Men is basically their investigation as they try and figure out who would threaten his life. (Really have considered making this a fic.)

Mad Men and Firefly:

- This is just absurd, but somehow Joan ends up on a ship in the future, changes her name to Yolanda...

I always have crossovers in my head when I'm watching crime shows imaging how they'd react to Harry Potter/Supernatural/Doctor Who/etc. being real or imagining them investigating something involving one of those universes. Like, I was watching a Criminal Minds episode the other day, and I started imagining how Reid would react to meeting the Doctor.

More of a fusion: Captain America/Avengers and Political Animals.

But I do crossover like EVERY one of my fandoms with TWD. I like to imagine the characters trying to survive.

Would loved to have seen a crossover between Supernatural back in the early days and the X-Files. Sam and Dean stumbling across pre-second movie Mulder and Scully investigating the same case as them would have made an awesome episode.

I like to imagine that my favorite fictional detectives/special agents have regular meetings to talk about all the shit that happens to them at season finales and support each other emotionally.

Also I ship Olivia Benson (SVU) and Lilly Rush (Cold Case) together.

I want an Angel/Supernatural crossover. Tbh, the main reason I want it so Cordelia and Dean could snark at each other. It would be glorious. She wouldn't put up with his shit and god, the chemistry would be amazing. I ship them a bit.

Lately I've been ... not really crossing over but sharing Teen Wolf's universe with everything on my head. There are just characters that I think should be werewolves, namely Kevin Ryan and Alexis Castle (maybe with Martha as an alpha, Jenny as an emmissary, and Castle in the dark). Daniel Jackson and Spencer Reid.

I've also imagined crossing over SG-1 with Star Wars and BSG (not at the same time), but those seem pretty normal.

The only one I've written was between 7th Heaven and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I thought about remixing it when I moved to Ao3, but I didn't.

I FORGOT! In 2010 I did a nanovel thst never saw the light of day, but crossed SG-1 with Supernatural. Cam was a cousin. This was before I knew Corin Nemic played a cousin too.

Also I've got a probably forever unfinished Nano that posits Kevin Ryan is actually John Connor. I get frustrated on age issues though.

I have no idea how this would work given one is a drama and one is a comedy (not to mention two totally different versions of NYC, albeit a few years apart), but somehow in my head Friends and RENT are in the same universe, and Maureen and Joanne became friends with Susan and Carol.

Supernatural, Big Trouble In Little China, The X-Files, a lot of those kinds of things that are about secrets hidden beneath the surface of America (that I like).

Also, MCU, Chuck, and Repo Man, based almost entirely on the presence of Harry Dean Stanton in all three.

Sherlock Holmes/His Majesty's Dragon fusion where Watson served in the Aerial Corps and the Irregulars are feral dragons.

Also partially inspired by the first secret, I'd love to see a Justified/Hell on Wheels crossover. Mostly because I'd love to see Raylan Givens and Mr. Cullen Bohannon team up buddy-film style, with Elam Ferguson and Boyd Crowder along for the ride.

I'd like to think BuffytVS and the Lonely Werewolf Girl books could coexist. However I've never even seen fanfic for the latter, never mind crossovers.

I've done a crossover between Criminal Minds and Torchwood, but it was for someone and I still think it's sort of weird.

I like to cross everything over with everything else, honestly.

But one of the ones that's been in my head for a while is a Mass Effect-universe story where the trolls from Homestuck, and also the ponies from MLP, have embassies on the Citadel, and like to think about the positions the main characters from those canons would have in galactic society.

so cheesy

Start with Kingdom Hearts, and add: Pretty much any Disney movie they haven't used that I can make work, Last Exile, Thundercats 2011, The Last Unicorn, Gargoyles, Okage: Shadow King, Okami, Sorcerer Hunters, The Hobbit(I haven't watched the movies so this would be more book based.), Discworld, Harry Potter, Narnia, The Secret of NIHM, Avatar: the Last Airbender, a lot of other things I can't think of right now, add more final fantasy characters they haven't used, especially FF4 characters, and add in some other final fantasy stuff like:
More Corner Stones, taking the place of the final Fantasy elemental crystals. There would be a corner stone of darkness, and dark elemental corner stones too.
Summons from Final Fantasy. Like Odin from the Gargoyles cartoon turn out to have powers like the Final Fantasy Odin. Before he can get those powers back though, Sora, Donald, and Goofy have to go on a quest with other Gargoyles characters to get Odin's sword and spear. he can't do it himself because of an ancient pact.

It's just massive idea I think about all the time, but I don't think I'd ever be able to get my head around actually doing anything with it.

Christ, what haven't I fucking crossed over.

-Daemon AU everything, but especially MCU. If I ever actually buckle down and write a fic, this one's on the short list.
-BTVS and Assassin's Creed, because fuck canon, Ezio is The Immortal and you cannot convince me otherwise.
-Dresden Files and Laundry Files (now if only it could work without one side getting eaten or executed)
-One very boring summer I worked out exactly District 9 and the A-Team movie could be in the same universe with Sharlto Copley's two characters being the same person.
-Persona 4 and Sherlock. i like working out personas for these people okay

fuck i have to go to choir, might come back with more later

Alien, Predator, Blade Runner and Avatar (James Cameron.) Alien and Predator are already crossed over and have been for years, and it's a logical enough crossover -- giant vicious space bugs, alien hunters, it's not too out-there. Blade Runner and Avatar are a little trickier; I feel like the corporation in Avatar is part of or a competitor with Weyland-Yutani, and the Earth setting (particularly as seen in the opening minutes of the Avatar Director's Cut) isn't that different from Blade Runner's. It could work.

Kind of wondering how I'd get Terminator, the Escape From NY/LA movies and Robocop in there...

Most unexpected crossover I've actually written was Haven/Community, in which Britta ends up in the Gull while on a road trip and catches Duke's eye. It was a request on a comment meme, and I went from "What no that makes no sense" to "Wait actually it's brilliant I must write this" in about ten seconds.

Weirdest crossover I want to write but won't because I've fallen completely out of love with one canon and a little bit out of love with the other is the Community/My Little Pony crossover. Rarity is Jeff's cousin, and she drops by to visit for a few days while Ponyville is being rebuilt after the parasprite invasion. Included are long conversations about why Jeff's cousin is a unicorn, why Jeff never told his friends that his cousin is a unicorn, and why Jeff still doesn't believe in alternate timelines despite having a cousin from an alternate universe.

Devil May Cry and Resident Evil. It makes sense if you only really think about the initial games, since the first DMC game was essentially a nearly finished Resident Evil title that they decided to rebrand as original IP since it had gone thematically "too far" from the original RE games.

That said, holy shit does it ever look and feel like one at times. The unmistakable sense that "yeah this was supposed to be Resident Evil" is fully there throughout the first DMC.

Plus, I'm definitely not the only person with this headcanon. I happen to know of a bunch of other people who came to this conclusion independently. Makes for some fun fandom times.

In my head, the Doctor in Middle Earth.
The last Robin Hood episode gave me hope, not to mention the whole Peter Jackson wanting to direct an episode in New Zealand.

Relax, I know it will never happen.

Suikoden and the Ivalice games. Especially Vagrant Story. It makes a lot of sense if you think of the Rood Inverse as a True Rune.

Ace Attorney and Tiger & Bunny. The tone of the canons are really similar, and we already have one Tiger & Bunny character who's a judge. They also both have something like what the AA fandom calls "Japanifornia", though T&B is clearly more slanted towards NYC as location inspiration.
