Markiplier is a great example of the over-acting. I've seen some of his work and enjoyed it but good god he needs to turn down the faking a little. It's what kept me from actually subscribing.

it's pretty easy to get over enthusiastic and make ridiculous faces/screaming in front of a camera, nothing award worthy

pewdipie does that shit all the fucking time and he's the most subscribed youtuber (not that i think pewdipie is any good)

He gets by making crass jokes and acting and screaming really fakely and badly. Mark actually comes across as genuine, is my point.
